It is important to practice according to the time advised for each exercise.
Most of the exercises are done in seconds. You may keep a watch for a couple of times, but gradually you will notice it to be easier to count the seconds in your mind.
While some exercises are best done in the morning(marked as AM) and others should be done in the afternoon or evening(marked as PM).
All the techniques are listed in group “A” or group “B”
There are 2 methods of practicing these groups.
Method 1
Practice twice each day doing group 'A' in the morning(before breakfast or midmorning) and group 'B' in the evening(before dinner or later at night)
Method 2
Practice one group each day. Do group 'A' on one day and group 'B' on the next. Again do group 'A' on the third day and so on. If you happen to miss one day, continue with the same on the next day. I.e. If you happen to miss out group 'B' on a particular day then do group B the next day and then continue accordingly
On starting a plan for a new week you should not forget to first start with the plans for the preceding weeks. Once the six weeks are over, refer to the ‘COMPLETE PLAN OF PRACTICE’
