How to do it
Sit on the floor and stretch out your legs before you.

Bend your left leg at the knee and bring it towards you so that you can catch hold of your foot by both your hands. Place this foot on the inside of the right thigh now .
Bend and place you right foot on the fold of your left leg.
Drop the right knee as far as possible towards the floor.
Rest your hands on the knees.
Sit in this posture for as adviced.

Any time
If this posture seems to be too difficult just sit cross legged. Reverse the legs when necessary
